Got mine from RS components, don't think they do the same one now. Measure the hole and give them a call. From memory it was something like 7mm but don't quote me. Needs to be normally closed so contact is made when the handbrake lever is off its seat.

This any help? You could do with offering it up as there may be slight differences car to car. It only needs to clear the bulge in the cover plate towards the top as the bump stops will bottom out before it hits the diff cover plate any lower.

I find the sidescreens to be actually quite useful even without a roof on, on a long drive they cut out quite a bit of buffeting. Granted they don't look great but I would advise getting some. In some respects a soft top too. There's nothing worse than being on a trip and getting a real cloud burst....

There's fill and overfill.
Gerry's advice worked for me and is a cheap and viable solution although there are other interpretations.
Dynamat is an option and the prior suggestion of damping between the outer skin and cross brace is most critical to reduce drumming.
