Number plate bracket

- saves drilling the boot lid.

Nothing to do with me, although i have ordered one.
See thread here, thought it might appeal to some folk here (although not strictly 'authentic'):

Re: Drivetrain noise

Is the noise high pitched?
I had a horrible screechy noise that was intermittent, but steadily getting worse.I worried about drive train, clutch, alt belt slipping etc.
Turned out it was a loose bolt on the headers/sidepipe fixing - easy fix.

Re: 215/70 tyres from Blockley

Hi Peter, early reports over at the CRC site suggest that the Galaxys are far superior to US rubber, and possibly not quite as sticky as the Avons, but they are 2-3 times cheaper, and still represent excellent performance. I'll be going wit this size tyre on the Crendon when i get around to fitting ...

Just a suggestion:

Tyre can be fitted with lettering on the inside of the wheel if needed.

Re: Kit Car Show Sunday 5th, Monday 6th May 2019

I agree Clive, but it was always the season opener. Last year was terrific in terms of cars outside although i detected a few less trade stands. This year there was no Ultima, no Pilgrim, no Italian exotic body kits - not my thing, but my boy was disappointed. Some have said this is the potential al...

Re: Kit Car Show Sunday 5th, Monday 6th May 2019

I heard there is a hot rod show there the week before, so maybe that could be a good partner. Or something potentially totally different - partnered with a Craft event to bring in lots of wives and girlfriends? I also went along to thee CR stand, and was disappointed to see one of the worst turn out...

Re: Kit Car Show Sunday 5th, Monday 6th May 2019

Yesterday was the most subdued Stoneleigh I have seen, including any of the times i have been on the Monday in the last 20 years _ i hope today fairs better. Disappointing after such a good show last year, although perhaps the weather then helped. I hope this is not an industry in terminal decline, ...

Re: Kit Car Show Sunday 5th, Monday 6th May 2019

No problem Andy, and good to finally meet you personally.
I enjoyed the show today, but thought it was the smallest Stoneleigh i had been to in terms of footfall, cars and stands. Hopefully Monday is better.
The HS-2 works did nothing to add to the atmosphere!
