Not sure if you're running electronic ignition or points?
But if it's points it could be they need adjustment or maybe the condenser is on the way out.

Dave, Just looked again at your original picture of the IRS.
If you have Gerry's FIA wheels like me, you'll probably have to shorten the original wheel studs that now bolt on the adaptors.

Hi Andy, is this a new problem that's appeared on a used car or a new build issue?
I might be tempted to fit a slightly larger master cylinder, this will give you more travel at the slave but of course will give you a heavier pedal.

I've built mine with IRS with outboard discs, very muck like the OP's. I used Gerry's IRS conversion brackets from the off. My IRS assembly was supplied by "Simply Performance" (Talk to Ben). You can get the whole thing done or they'll supply as much as you want so you can do as much of the work as ...
