Hi David, Cash or cheque, it doesn't matter too much to me although cheque would probably be safer and save me having a load of cash in my back pocket! Thanks for your offer to collect the spinners. When I ordered them I did mention that someone else might come and pick them up, so if this is still ...

Overcast today but still no rain. 8) Took the opportunity for an afternoon scaring Sunday Drivers! Bad news though.... The caravans are out! :x I (and nine cars in front of me) spent over 10 miles behind a Discovery towing a caravan at no more than 35 mph! :? Maybe they're enjoying the sce...

Re: paying too much fot your tyres??

Chaps, I dont like to pay too much for anything, Kris  And they say Scotsmen are tight! I'm sure it is a rumour started by the English to make them seem not too bad! Anyway I digress. What I would like to find out is how many miles does the average 289 owner/driver expect to get from a...

Ungrateful Women!

 This article was written by a man who really loved his wife: It is important for men to remember that, as women grow older, it becomes harder for them to maintain the same quality of housekeeping as when they were younger. When you notice this, try not to yell at them. Some are oversensiti...

Great Idea Richard :-

1) You rush up and pay your cash / cheque to Clive for your spinners.
Five working days for cheques to clear! Doesn't help if you're in a race.

Insurance Costs! How Much Do You Pay?

I received my insurance renewal quote today and thought I would call a few other companies to compare prices. What an eye opener! Currently I am insured with Chaucer Insurance through Adrian Flux. My policy is fully comp for both myself and partner. The car is garaged and used only for Socia...

Spinner update

Well team, here is the update on the AC Spinner front.

Today I confirmed our order for 8 sets of AC logo spinners to be ready mid July in time for Silverstone.

If anyone else wants to order a set there is still time to get them. Just let me know.
