Agree, I believe a finished FIA from AC factory in Frimley went for around £150K (ok $290K) but still you would be hard pushed to finish the car off for £45K.
Also I read an Article in Action were a guy was really struggling to get a 427 registered and accepted as an AC Cobra. So I think if it went for the same as a Kirkham may be worth it (e.g. $36K), just my view anyway.
