Hi, although this might not be totally accurate to the 289fia? I thought id post a picture of my newly acquired SW Green line Tachometer and Cole Hersee isolator.

Nice find. 
It's very close to what was fitted to the FIA's. They used a Rotunda tacho, which is very similar to the one you have.
