Road legal

Post by Roger King »

The little black bastard is now MOTd and taxed. It's been a (very) long haul, but good to be properly back on the road.
I say properly - there's a loud knocking from the front, roadspeed frequency (which I think may be a brake pad, but must check...), it's all incredibly stiff and tight, especially the gear change - apologies to the white van man who had to come to a halt behind me as I struggled to get 2nd gear on the way home from the test. The Powrlok diff is very new and very vicious, not allowing me to do a tight turn around the one-way in town until it put me sideways. None of this is helped by choosing to take it for a test on a day that's -3° to a test station that's only 100yds away, so nothing warms up. Including me.
Drinkies tonight!

You can come to Stanford Hall in it if the weather is dry. :)

I know it's arse about face but since you are experiencing that brand new showroom Cobra feeling, why not have the brochure to go with it.

No off-roading required this time Roger, the shoot is a short walk round to the back of the Hall.

Well done Roger, the King Cobra lives! 8)
I drove to my IVA in January, down the M6 at 6:00 am! Had to snap the icicles off my snooter! (That's brummy for nose before any lewd comments come)!
