Wow. If you take it out when it is not raining then there is no guarantee that it won't rain when you are out. This is the man that had three inches of rainwater in his car all gathered on the Rouen ring road en route to Le Mans.

Adding a monkey to the screen area can absorb some of the rainwater, but also upsets the monkey. :?
It was dry when we went for lunch, but fortunately a number of holes in the floor prevent ingress reaching ankle-height.

Original cars used sponge monkeys, not fluffy ones.

Thanks for the response, but does sound like not a lot workers that well. Main problem is when hood fitted screen moves a little opening up the leg hole. Als It maybe because it's not a hawk but a cobretti and I get a little scuttle shack.

Does that make it a bit of a shed, James?

Hi James. Saw your car at Silverstone, great colour.
Screen shouldn't move a lot, so if it does, probably silicon sealant would be best, especially with it having been on the road that long & you are unlikely to be re spraying anytime soon!
Good luck, soggy thighs ain't no fun!
