Hi everyone; I'm hoping someone can offer some advice. Is the rear window for the Hawk 289 unique to that car, or does it also fit a another mainstream car?

Re: Hawk 289 hardtop window
Hi Paul,
The rear window for the Le Mans Hawk Hardtop and the rear window for the Hawk bubble top are made to suit and it's difficult to advise if they would fit other all hard tops.
If there's a specific other top you are referring to the post that up as someone may have made a screen to suit that particular top If you have a specific top, you may be able to find a local plastic fabricator that could make a plexiglass screen to suit it.

Re: Hawk 289 hardtop window
Hi Stuart, I have the Hawk bubble type hardtop that I'm modifying to suit a BRA 289. Wasn't sure if the window shape was copied from a mainstream car of that period or not. Have a friend who works in the windscreen industry so was hoping I could order one through him rather than having to travel down to Hawk cars to purchase one. Thanks for the quick response.
