Finishline Accessories

Post by CobStang »

Anyone had any recent dealings with Finishline ? I put in an order on 28th Nov and have heard diddly squat. Cannot raise them by email or phone.
Thanks

I ordered a bunch of stuff earlier in the year.
Just as I believe they where moving premises under new ownership.
Likewise it was about 3 months before I finally got my order, after numerous emails.
Not the service you'd expect.

Taylor is always a little late with the shipments but this year it is horrible. I ordered in July!!!! And I have emailed him 6 or 7 times and spoke to the mailbox a few times too. Just one reply that he moves his business and that was in August. Since August nada, nothing, zero.

Thank you gentlemen.
Well I am afraid I cannot poke up with service like that. Today I have initiated a claw back via Paypal. If someone is running a business and does not have the graciousness to reply to communications then they do not deserve the trade.
I am now contemplating ordering through https://www.csxparts.com/
Do y'all think this is a safer bet ? or should I give up and go elsewhere ?
Thank you

I'm not sure if that business is not connected to Finishline anyway, just more expensive.

Hi Migge
I see that they are in different locations, but do share a web page, perhaps to save cost ?
I believe the owner of CSX parts used to own Finishline and sold it to Taylor Holmes.

I remember talking to you with my partner at Silverstone, maybe 2-3 years ago. You decided we were 'normal' people, which we took as a complement :-)
I am planning a 2021 visit, I will look you up if you are going.
