So if you guys buy these new spinners, is there a competition at Silverstone for the fastest replacement time?

Well team, here is the update on the AC Spinner front.

Today I confirmed our order for 8 sets of AC logo spinners to be ready mid July in time for Silverstone.

If anyone else wants to order a set there is still time to get them. Just let me know.

Great Idea Richard :-

1) You rush up and pay your cash / cheque to Clive for your spinners.
2) You run back to you car.
3) You get your hammer out the boot and take off all you old spinners.
4) You put your NICE NEW GLEEMING AC SPINNERS ON your 289.
5) You rush back to Clive with your old spinners and deposit them with him.
6) Best time wins a case of MAGNERS IRISH CIDER 12 x pints !!!!

Five working days for cheques to clear! Doesn't help if you're in a race.

At Siverstone would you like cash or cheque? If you prefer I will send you a cheque in advance if you PM your address.

I am assuming you still want me to collect from the manufacturer to bring to Silverstone. This is fine, but as I have said several times before I will only be there on the Sunday. When you and Bill pass through the Midlands you will be passing my house, you can if you wish collect some to take for the Saturday attendees.

Cash or cheque, it doesn't matter too much to me although cheque would probably be safer and save me having a load of cash in my back pocket!

Thanks for your offer to collect the spinners. When I ordered them I did mention that someone else might come and pick them up, so if this is still OK I will let you know when they are ready for collection. I will speak to my wingman (Bill) at the weekend and see if he wants to call in and collect on the Friday.
