AC Logo wheel spinners.

Several of us "Scottish Cousins" are contemplating the purchase of "AC" logo two eared wheel spinners for our wire wheels. If anyone else would like them please reply ASAP so I can see if I can get a discounted price. (True Scotsman)

Hi

I have AC spinners on my car which were there when I bought it. Looking through all the invoices that came with the car the spinners came from Gerry. Maybe check if he still does these, could be cheaper than getting a set made specially. At the time (2003) they were £118.00 for 4 plus the VAT, carriage etc.

Just a thought.

Gents, (clive, I think I could have been scottish in another life, the guys at work say, I am so tight I bottle my own farts - how rude)

But, if you can get me some of these spinners, then I am also in, depending on the price.

You can get these from Gerry, but they are about £100 plus vat. I can check, Let me know the cost you can get them for, I am going to see gerry in a couple of days, if you want me to find out if I can get a discount from him depending on the amount, then, I might be able to work something out with him.

If you chaps let me know how many I am looking at getting, then I could post them all up to you, or send them out at silverstone.

Hi Kris,
Bill got a price from Gerry for 3 sets and he quoted £195.05 per set! That is why we are trying to source them elsewhere. I have the name of Gerry's wheel supplier and have asked them for a quote.

Right guys, here's the deal!

AC Chrome on Brass spinners list price £38.78 but will give us 10% discount if we buy 5 sets. This equates to £34.90 per corner, being £139.60 per car including VAT. There would however be an additional charge of approx £8.00 + p&p per set, but if someone from "down South" could collect on their way to Silverstone we could distribute them there.
I think this a good deal.

My brother lives in Coventry, he could bring the to Silverstone, dependant on where they need to be picked up from, which means no extra weight in someones 289
