"Board Preferences", "Global Settings". Set the time zone to GMT, assuming you're in the UK of course.

Was set to GMT, but also "Summertime/DST in effect" was on! Now my post above looks silly!!!

Aaah, not strictly so, as "Pass the Dutchie" was performed by Musical Youth from Birmingham and is a bastardised version of two songs with drug references.
