I went to get my International Driving Permit (1968) from the Post Office today, just in case there is no Brexit deal. Putting this here not for discussion, but just in case anyone is planning on driving abroad in the coming months. Here's what it looks like:
IDP costs £5.50 at the post office. You need one photo and your UK driving licence and it is issued over the counter. It is literally a 1968-like experience - everything on paper, filled in by hand and stamped manually.
