Same spot, but we will be slightly closer to the corner, where the Triumph Sports Six club was last time.
From the Race card, it looks like the Cobra race will clash with the 289 Supper on the Saturday evening...

Right next to the ACOC, which should make for some interesting exchanges. Still, be handy for you though Nik if you take the Greyhound.Karl wrote:According to the just received "events map" we are in the same place like last year?

At opposite ends of the acre of Section 13, so never the twain shall meet!
Sadly a Greyhoundless weekend, but that`s the way it goes.

Re: Silverstone Classic Early Bird Deal
Sadly, due to the passing of my stepfather this weekend, I won`t be at Silverstone on Friday, but hope to be there for Saturday & Sunday.
I don`t know why, but as Paul previously stated, the ACOC will now be sandwiched by T289R & the UKCRC!
I posted this map(v.12) on the ACOC site on the 11th of July:
But this is the latest(v.15) layout:
Really can`t see why they have done this...

Re: Silverstone Classic Early Bird Deal
Do you mean they took umbrage and complained Nick???
PS I will be racing my FIA MGB in the Jet Battle of Britain races at the end of both Saturday (16:45-17:05) and Sunday (17:40-18:00) and would welcome the support of any T289R members if you can be bothered to stay that late! Technically, my car will be in Garage 20 in the International Paddock, but it is more likely that I will keep it under a canopy attached to my covered trailer alongside my 4x4. All being well, the outfit will all be in the motorhome parking area which is the other side of the road next to the Wing complex. I'll certainly be there for the hour or so before qualifying/the races and the rest of the time (barring any issues!) I'll be with the Kirkham on the club stand. Qualifying is 15:35-15:55 on the Friday.
Nicky and I, Barry and his Mum are all staying in the Weedon Crossroads hotel.
Look forward to seeing you there !
Colin
