Suggested outing: Bicester Heritage

Post by amulheirn »

Since I don't yet have a working car, I'm just putting this idea out there in case anyone else fancies organising a road-trip!

There's a nice AC Ace down near the bottom of the article. Bicester Heritage looks like an interesting place - I wonder if they'd give us a behind-the-scenes tour.

I've been wanting to visit Bicester for a while Andy.

I'm up for a run out.

On the HERO rally that I participated in during this year's Race Retro show, we visited Bicester Heritage as a lunch stop. We had two autotests on the runway while there but precious little time to explore the myriad artisan workshops on site. Those who did find time reported back that they were fascinated by what they saw. Thoroughly recommended.
