NEC Classic in November

Hi guys, can I enquire what arrangements have been made to man up the stand over the three days.
It's rather close to someone's birthday so I would need to start negociating to arrange a free pass.
Will those manning the stand also have pay for parking and to get in.

No arrangements have been made yet. We would like some volunteers. We will have a few passes, some will go to people providing cars (one pass per car). I don't think that passes cover car parking.
Please form an orderly queue.
