Silverstone Classic 2017

Post by clive »

It has just been announced that the date of the 2017 Silverstone Classic has been put back a week to the 28th July. If you get in quickly, prices at The Crossroads Hotel are 30% cheaper for that weekend than the previous one.
Cheers, Clive.

(If I'm not here I'm in my workshop or on the golf course!)

I think everyone on the Sliversnot mailing list got this - I've had three emails from them already!

It was the cheaper hotel rooms that I was referring to.

Just noticed the official Silverstone advert for the Classic has an obviously fake 427 included in the photos. Looks suspiciously like a Dax as no Cob ever had a bonnet bulge that wide.
Can we not give them a photo of a more authentic Cobra preferably a 289 of course.

Are there time constraints for entry and exit if we book for infield parking with T289Register or can we come and go as necessary ?

Thank you!

I believe entry will be restricted after around 10:00am, but you should be able to leave when you want (but you may not be able to get back in again).

I will have a spare weekend ticket for Silverstone (2 for 1 deal, only 1 of me!), everso reasonably priced at £45.
