Its official... I'm going on my own so there's a spare seat (and even a ticket) if anyone lies close to the M25 (J5 to M40 exit) or the M40 itself between M25 and Bicester exit? I'll be starting early though.
Andrew... is your car currently running?

Hi Colin,
We'll be there as well and planning to get there before 9:00, although I'm as yet undecided what I'll be going in.

Hi Colin -
Thanks so much for the offer of a lift. I'm a bit gutted not to be able to accept because a friend of mine who is helping me build the car is coming along as well now, so we couldn't fit!
I look forward to seeing you there though. Should we have a 289 Register rendezvous at 10:30 somewhere? I don't know the place at all but wondered if outside The Motor Shed might be a good location? I can't get a location plan from their website. I can PM anyone my number if you want to meet up.
Cheers,
Andy

Great to see quite a few friendly faces today! Ian and I had to leave just as blue sky was breaking out, but it was good to see you all and catch up a bit. Inspection of Roger's new Abarth and Paul's new F-type were an unexpected bonus.
Hope you're throttle foot dried out on the way home, Colin...
Cheers,
Andy

Nice to see you Andy, to see you...nice Your friend Ian too.
Great to see that our members are spending their children's inheritance on future classics, branching out into Jag F-Type coupes (Paul) and the Abarth (MX-5) thingy (sorry Roger, how is it labelled?). Meanwhile I soldier on in my old rag and bone cart, dressed like Nanouk of the North and sporting the extra kilos that Christmas and American Diners bring. Took me a full two hours to clean the Cob when I got back... must be completely mad
Good event, much more selection than Goodwood Breakfast Club, and interesting to look at all the artisan workshops on site.
Well done Andy for bringing to our attention.
