Now we are talking!! Whilst we're spending your money here, why not add a few downdraughts to go with the racing screen...you know you need them

Hi Talking of wipers I am just about ready to take it for it's first MOT since 2003 when it was taken off the road for major reworking, finally after retiring and rebuilding a house or two I need to sort the wipers. Can anyone confirm a 120 degree sweep is what I need ? It's a two speed DR3. I had blades that parked on the passenger side and the sweep was no good after taking off DR3 to confirm its a 120 I bent the wiper arms so they will park on drivers side, I think if I put the motor back it will be ok but before doing that I want to make sure 120 is ok.

Also they don't seem to park after turning off and that switch with the knurled knob doesn't seem to do anything.

Cheers
Tony

Hi Tony. I've just upgraded from 90° to 120° sweep and it's a massive improvement(not just the extra 30°!), as it means that the wipers now park flush to the frame and wipe further.
I was lucky enough to find an old wiper motor for a fiver at a car boot!
