If you had catalytic converters it would have been the opposite answer from me.
If fuel economy was part of your reasoning in getting the Cobra, shoulda gone for a 289!!!!
(Or even a Rover 3.5, I average 28-30mpg on a run!)

If I want economy, I can take the Cooper S - over the last 5,000 miles (including a couple of track days) it's done 48mpg.

Well, around Chenevrière last year we were quicker than two E-types , several TRs, a Morgan etc... the only car with better times than the Mini was a blown Hyabusa-engined Elise, Col...
