Andy,
Not sure if this is now resolved but I use these. They are great, will make what you want and supply connections also.

Hi Dave,
When you say they will make what you want do you mean a composite pair of joined bends. I ended up using a convoluted hose as the correct shaped original didn’t seem to be available. That was Rover thermostat over to Gerry’s header tank.
It doesn’t look that bad as I’m sure original cars often made do with universal straight hoses bent to suit.

Re: Frankenhose
Hi Peter,
You can pretty much specify any length, diameter, reducer and degree of bend in the hose you want along with classic finish if thats what desire. For lengths with multiple bends in you would need to join two pieces.
I had a length with a 45 degree bend in to go between my header and radiator and it fitted very nicely.
I would take an 'in-situ' picture but the engine is on the floor

Re: Frankenhose
Thanks all - and thanks for the link to PSH Dave.
Very strange: I drained the coolant, but had to put frankenhose back in to go to a local meeting. So I refilled it with plain water thinking this would be a quick thing, and now it doesn't leak! So I am thinking of topping up with antifreeze and seeing if it stays that way.
Why's your engine on the floor Dave?

Re: Frankenhose
Anti freeze will seek out small gaps and will leak where ordinary water won’t.
Cheers, Clive.

Re: Frankenhose
Replacing the clutch release bearing which led to a number of other more cosmetic jobs whilst the engine is out
