Which seats for IVA?
TR6 (V8) Hawk 289 FIA (V8) Doing my bit for global warming.
Re: Which seats for IVA?
I used a pair from a Lotus Elise. I mounted some I" deep channel to the floor using penny washers underneath the floor and mounted the seats to the channel using the Lotus seat mounting brackets. The base of the seat was sitting below the channel and not quite touching the floor which allowed the sliders to work on the driver's seat. Removed the seat mounted seat belt gubbins so as to use the standard Hawk fittings and no problems at IVA. Probably a little expensive now for temporary seats unless you could sell them on.
Cheers, Jack.

Re: Which seats for IVA?
I've not been through the IVA yet, but I had a recommendation from another club member to use seats from a Mini One. I picked up a pair locally for about £50 and once the runners are off the height seems to be comfortably within IVA regs.
