Relay , indicators problem

Hi there
Would anyone be able to tell me please, are the hazard lights and indicators on separate relays ?
I'm assuming they are but unfortunately I cannot locate another one , my hazards are working but the indicators blow a fuse every time I use them ,everything under the bonnet fuse wise and relay related are working ,I'm guessing it could be the switch on the vintage VW stalk but just wanted to see if it could be a relay problem if there is another one hidden

The Hella hazard switch on my car wires through the harness to the indicator relay. There is no separate relay in the harness.
