Are your switches inside the safe zone on the steering wheel?
PS, you may need to put a hole in for the steering column!!
I wasn't planning to fit a steering wheel. The car's relatively small so I figured I could gain some cabin space by fitting some sort of a self-driving chat bot instead. They're all the rage I believe. But you're right, I need the wheel to protect me from the switches when the chat bot inevitably goes all Skynet on me. Back to the drawing board...

I was thinking of fitting a steering wheel on the left as well as the right, that way the Mrs can show me what I’m doing wrong rather than just telling me….
