That's looking really good Nige.
Is it going to be ready for Bruntingthorpe ?

Re: AC boot badges
Yeah, it'll be all painted, well the front will be, by Bruntingthorpe. I'll sort out the rear arches, interior & hard top & other bits over the Winter. I think I've got myself pretty much covered as to wet weather gear (see what I did there ). I've got a vinyl tonneau cover, blue mohair soft top and two LeMans hardtops. One hardtop is made by Gerry that I bought from a register member & the other is of unknown origin but came with the car & has an opening rear screen. It's not one of Daves' tops, so I think it must be a copy. Undecided which one to fit to the Viper, but I'll probably go with the opening rear screen & save the other one for the "Insanity" car, unless I go with an aluminium top for that car, which is probably the best way to go depending on funds. Ohh, I dunno, decisions, decisions

To bring this crashing back to the original subject, are you likely to get the AC badges made in a metal that can be chromed? Polished aluminium won't look right to my mind - seems a shame to go to all that trouble for an incorrect shine! I'd be interested in chromed ones.
