Hello,

There's this one for £97,600, but it probably needs a little bit of work to get it right/period correct.

On a positive note, with the Euro this low, the Kirk should be cheaper than ever!!!
Welcome to the 289ers Richard, and I hope your search brings you the right car soon. :D
Not an FiA, but have you seen THIS ONE on Pistonheads? Top dollar but a lovely looking car!

Hi,

yes, I have seen that one but I think that it is carrying a somewhat high price tag and it is clearly registered as a historic vehicle, hence the quote to free road tax, which makes me very nervous given the likelihood that DVLA are indicating that they are going to investigate all vehicles registered as historic and require proof from owners that such vehicles are legitimately "historic". It is not clear to me what action they will take but I am not inclined to take a risk with that type of money involved.

Hi Dale,

Richard said he wanted a "top quality Cobra" and "ideally" a Hawk. The Kirkham has been marketed as a Hawk in the UK for a number of years, so I was just testing the water to see what "top quality" ran to. :P
