I thought a Brooklands Cobra was 150k, so wouldn't that cap a Kirkhams value?

It appears neither of the interested people turned up.DaleB wrote:nikbj68 wrote:Is it just me that thinks the estimate is about £30-40k on the high side?
It's just you ... I imagine it'll reach £100k if there's two interested people bidding

Re: 289FIA for sale at auction
It's an odd car, neither fish nor foul.
I suspect that in order to reach the anticipated sale price, it needs to have a recognised identity e.g. all Kirkham, or Shelby, or Brooklands etc. rather than a collection of unidentified bits with a Kirkham body on it.
It look pretty good though, whatever it is.
