That looks pretty good value - a few caveats, though: whilst it's nice to have a complete engine, bear in mind that you would be unlikely to use any of those ancillaries as in a rebuild you'd replace all of them. Also it is really helpful to know what size bores etc. are now - it looks pretty unmessed-with, but it's hard to tell. If it's at 0.040" rebore now, walk away. But you won't be able to tell without pulling a head. No marks on the piston means std bore (very good), any markings will tell you if it's been rebored.
