Like Paul said, the two obvious choices are too expensive. I've been without a car for sometime now waiting for a s/h ali 289 to turn up at the right price but they don't come on market very often and when they do they're way out of my price range. Chatting with Dave a few months ago he said he didn't have any plans in the immediate future for a 289. I think he has enough on his plate at the moment developing the business with the 427's.

Mine should be ready mid/late summer. Hopefully a month or so to shake down before putting to bed for winter, but I'm going to miss Le mans classic :-( ... unless anyone wants a co-pilot to share petrol/toll costs :wink:
