Re: Odd suspension?
I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a boy racer thing , You'll find that a lot of race cars run quite a bit of negative camber on their suspension. My '69 Camaro was set up to run in a historic racing class and that ran 3 deg negative camber, as did a lot of cars in that class. It does look like the wheels going to fall off, but it really made the car handle like it was on rails. A little while ago, I was asking on here if anyone had an Jag XJ6 top suspension arm, as I want one to use as a pattern to make adjustable top arms for my Viper. This will enable me to adjust it and put more negative into the suspension to help it even more in the twisties,
3 deg negative,

Re: Odd suspension?
There was discussion on another posting as to how much negative to have on the Cobra. I have just reduced mine from 1.25 to 0.9 on the concensus that over 1.0 might be a bit OTT.
I can appreciate the on rails effect having run 1.5 neg on a previous car with a widened front track with rally suspension.
I agree that some of the photos do make it look like something is wrong. It must be running 5 degrees?
Looking at numerous Cobra photos they do seem to all have an element of negative. I suggest that Roger is probably correct at the 1.0 degree.
