I'd heard he'd retired?

Google suggests his works is permanently closed. So much for me thinking of popping up the road for a new glass.

I spoke to Crispian only last year, I don’t recall him mentioning retirement…..

I looked on Google this morning and all site references to Brasscraft look normal to me.

I spoke to Gerry about a month ago and he says he’s ordered ten but whether the order will come to anything who knows.

Re Brasscraft. I ordered a replacement wind wing from Cris this week. Not cheap at £38 plus vat and p&p. However glass was identical to what he supplied over 30years ago and received the next day - also some helpful advice. Still the excellent service I remembered.
