this BRA is going around for quite some time. It was advertised by 'vintage rolls royce cars' early 2017 for £ 40000. In march this year it went up for auction at Ascot Racecourse (brooklands) with an estimated value of £ 27000-32000. I believe it remained unsold.
In the pictures i found that this is car nr 289059 made by BRA.

Mainly because of the historic status and possible issues in the future with registration.

Standard rate VAT is 20% in the UK, but not applicable on the sale of second hand cars.
