Club Stand, Silverstone

Post by clive »

Well, it appears that our club stand this year is Purple 11, well away from the main area, but great for watching the racing. Not the best for the viewing public though.

That's up on the raised area isn't it where the Jags were last year??

I think so. At least we'll get a wee blast through the tunnel.

Yep, the Jags were on the "hill". The best place if it rains again :-)

I think I have been sent through the tunnel almost every year anyway and speed is well policed. E.g. 10-15 mph.
For reference AC Owners are at Light Blue 2 and the new Cobra Register at Light Blue 8 where we used to be.
Obviously I hope it doesn’t rain but as Migge says it’s the safest place up on a hill and it’s close to viewing the racing.

Has anyone asked why we've been moved this year?
