Kev, I had an order number which was quoted with the email containing the original 2020 tickets.
I didn't appear to get an option of quoting any reference numbers.
I am going to try again on the PC in case its the iPad that causes an issue.

Hi Kev, many thanks. Although I had been to that part of the system before it didn't give me the option of proceeding. So your link got me further.
However having logged in it says that my reference number is not valid for my name. Basically its a pile of Sh1t.
I can only hope that my phone call this morning to the number recommended produces some results because I am highly pis**d off at present.

I have now had several responses from the team at Silverstone. This morning they gave me another link which still got me through to a blank page but they did ask for a screen shot if I failed to find the tickets. Fingers crossed they will now sort it out.
It sounds like Silverstone set up accounts for all those who rolled over their tickets and should have advised clients of their new account and password. In my case they didn't but in the meantime I set up an account. So we now probably have two accounts, one containing tickets and another without.
At least they know my email address and phone number.

And finally I have some tickets. I need to celebrate with a beer.
Its a good job I am retired as it took all day with emails going back and forth with the Silverstone team. I don’t know what went wrong at the beginning but by heck it took some sorting out by their IT team.
Many thanks to all who attempted to help me. It was much appreciated.

A real man wouldn’t need to ask that question Dave!
Cheers, Clive.
